Third rate builder. Please check this builders previous projects like Beryl etc. I am a buyer at Beryl. Quality is very bad. There are many seepages. This is a dishonest builder. Builder took 90% payment and delayed possession by 3 years. Long completed projects of this builder do not yet have OC.Third rate builder.
