Hello Dr. Sapru, Sorry for late reply, i was bit busy. Kindly note, pending list of amenities. In Podium Garden 1. Covered Stage 2. Fountain(water body) Main Entrance 1. Fountain in front of Marigold bldg. 2. Name of the Society Others 1. Fire fighting system (not complete) 2. Rain water harvesting 3. Gazebo (Elevated view point-covered) 4. Jacuzzi (in the KID swimming pool) 5. Steam room (not yet started) 6. A.C. not working properly in GYM, Music system not working, Weighing machine not working along with few other equipmements are not working 7. Community hall not a/c and not handed over 8. Mini Bus service 9. Temple 10. In every bldg. on the ground floor a three spales are made below the stair case which seems to be space for fountain, not functional. 11.
