Q: We have booked flat at 9th Floor and have paid the agreement cost and down payment cost six months back. However, still our agreement is not made and the reason mentioned to us is " Blueprint for 12th floor is awaited and all further agreement will be done only when blueprint is received". Why can't we have agreement done for 9th floor?? Why is this dependent on 12th floor blueprint?? Is 9th floor blueprint not approved by PCMC???

Hi Manish, The information provided by the gentleman above is correct. I have booked an apartment on the 3rd floor, E block, and was given the same reason while registering the property. But after chasing them a bit, I managed to get the property registered. Registration of the property shouldn't be an issue provided the blue print is approved for that floor. Right now, I am waiting for the blue print itself to get my housing loan disbursed. Try showing some urgency to the builder and the flat should be registered without any issues. Do let us know if you run into any further issues, or get any other information. Regards,Hi Manish, The information provided by the gentleman above is correct. hi all, thanks a lot for sharing this info. i have booked flat in E building 9h floor. Sales representative (lady) is saying that BLUEPRINT is approved but awaited. Can you tell us approx how many months it took to register your property (agreement) after paying the booking and agreement charges? We had booked and did downpayment in last week of May'11. Thanks Manish
Hi Manish, Sorry for getting back late on your query..was out of country these days. I managed to get my apartment registered on May 2011. That was a 1 month wait after I paid my downpayment in full to the builder. Let us know if you've managed to get your property registered so that others can benefit from your experience..
