I am interested to buy in KGEYES Eternity project in Besant Nagar and need advice on how the project is going, any known issues I should be aware of....will appreciate inputs, thanks in advance.
As far as I know there are no issues and the project is going on well..the builder has numerous projects to their credit.. I think you can go ahead with your plan.. But it's also important to verify everything from your side..
I bought a property from this builder very recently in chennai. Except for their promptness at the time of selling the flat in the beginning, at least my experience in terms of the quality of construction, supervision and site management, is absolutely pathetic. Further on occupation i have had quite a few problems in the flat, and their response to correct them is lackadaisical and there is an air of indifference. I went with them based on what I heard as reputation, though it was mixed, but now i realise i made a mistake
