Blueprint of 12th floor is awaited. Why Agreement of 9th floor is not done?
Q: We have booked flat at 9th Floor and have paid the agreement cost and down payment cost six months back. However, still our agreement is not made and the reason mentioned to us is " Blueprint for 12th floor is awaited and all further agreement will be done only when blueprint is received". Why can't we have agreement done for 9th floor?? Why is this dependent on 12th floor blueprint?? Is 9th floor blueprint not approved by PCMC???

hi all, thanks a lot for sharing this info. i have booked flat in E building 9h floor. Sales representative (lady) is saying that BLUEPRINT is approved but awaited. Can you tell us approx how many months it took to register your property (agreement) after paying the booking and agreement charges? We had booked and did downpayment in last week of May'11.
