Hi,I have visited "Vanshee builder" current ongoing project near to Marathahalli bridge, opposite to Kalamandir.. can somebody have information about this builder and their quality of construction and any other information that would be helpful? Current ongoing project name: Vanshee citadel G+3 and total 40 units and all are 2 BHK units onlyOnce again, requesting for reviews on this builder. Thanks in advance, rao

I spoke to their LIC agent and it looks like it is officially approved but they need to verify the original documents before loan disbursal happens.Might take another 2-3 weeks to know the clear status.also i checked with SBI and documents have been submitted for verification.These guys pledged the original document in HDFC and lot of cooperation needed between other banks to verify the same.But it is the responsiblity of the builder to get apprvals from nationalised banks.I have blocked one flat today and may proceed only if it is approved by SBI.

I also interested in this project. But I visited their last projects (Solitaire near railway bridge and Viceroy apartments on tulasi road) and heard very worrying things (legal isues,plan changes, no-khatha even now, huge delays) . Not sure how true. Request you also to visit these projects and post what you hear. Will decide based on that.
Gaurav,khatha is not issued by the bbmp for the last 5 years.if SBI approves then i assume legally we are OK.Delays to some extent are acceptable but we can ask them to pay some amount if it prolongs longer.Let me check also with other projects executed by them.
