Question on the builder
Q: I am planning to buy SJR Crystal cove.. I would like to have your feedback on the builder and his promise to live to the commitment and the quality please.. Also what are the minus points and has he kept all his commitments

Crystal Cove: Interested Buyer
Q: Hi, I have visited the model home and I must say its awesome. Although we were concerned about the approach road, but they have built it and ws a smooth ride from my husband's office (Wipro- Electronic City). The home is airy and very spacious. We also inquired about the rent-out options, and the prospects look good. Do have a look.

Hi, I am one of the early ones to book.. I do agree that the property is awesome. We need to evaluate the capacity of the bore well and also the size of the sewage treatment plant provided. There is no BWSSB drain line in that area and totally dependent on the quality and size of the STP provided by the promoter. Looks an excellent buy as of now.
