DLF Garden City Review
Q: I am planning to buy 3bhk. Is the unit available. Can you tell me the price range and size quoted for the units ?

Hello Anand: the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 70 lakhs for 1505 - 1986 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 50 lakhs for 1170 - 1229 sq ft. OMR is the fastest growing corridor in Chennai. Its near fomral college before SSN engineering college in OMR. Surrounded by multistorey apartments & near hiranandhanis proposed 2nd project in Chennai. Best locality to invest & expect a high returns in a short span of time.
