Hello All, I also paid the 20% of total amount and I had meeting with their CMR head Abhishek Dutta who told me that "Lotus Parkscape project is in hangs and there is a dispute going on between company owners which does not seems to ending in soon" So please withdraw from this project without any interest or else invest in some other Lotus green project with some discount price.
