Q: I am trying to buy a villa in this community. When I visited it had a deserted feel to it. Just wondering if the place is livable at this point. How good are the amenities and when is the club house scheduled to be completed? Any honest feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to buy and move in this April. How are the prices, anyone who can suggest whats the best price I can buy? has the property appreciated since purchase? If yes how much? April to August is the club house construction...as per Sales man at Mims Ardendale.
