Need help can't sleep to noisy
Q: We live in P405 and have problems with people living right above us. I believe it is P505. They are very are noisy. Last night I believe they were playing table tennis and running, jumping, screaming all over. I called the customer service and was advised the problem will be handled over to the Technical Manager when he didn't know. I don't understand what technical issue is this. Why have a customer service or even security service at night when they are not able to help the residents. If they need technical managers to solve this problem then I think they need to assign a technical manager a night duty. This is an everyday issue for us. It is on an ongoing basis. A couple weeks ago they were having a Party until 5:30 a.m. jumping, shouting, screaming, laughing loudly and running all over the house with loud music until 5:30 a.m on a weeknight.
