Current status of construction in phase II
Q: what is the current construction status in phase II plus what action have been taken by builder as Kurla area is always in news for flooding in monsoon season.

Q: i have booked apartment in kohinoor city pahde 2. as i don't stay in indai. would like to know development of kurla area anf as a whole kohinoor city. how is the construction quality and surrounding area for shopping etc.

Latest Answer: DInesh , Sorry to inform you but , there has been news that the Phase 2 is held up due to bankruptcy of the company .. also they are using all the funds from phase 2 to continue their massive project in Dadar. Iam an owner myself & am in the process to sue them as my agreement has mentioned the handover in 2013 , we should get tother & hammer down them as our funds are being used for some other activities
