Graveyard inside Signature Tulips?
Q: There is a graveyard inside Signature Tulips which the builder is showing as park. The builder quotes different prices at different points in time and to different people. Is he reliable?

Hello Ramesh on what basis you are telling there is graveyard inside the signature tulips?..They seems to reliable and they are quoting around 1400 in that area again which seems to be very competitive.
One of my friends recently registered a site in Tulips for Rs 1220/- per qft (East facing, 30x50). If you go inside, you can see the graveyard. The builder has plans to build a skating rink on the graveyard!!!!
