Any Group for post an compensation ?
Q: Hi Group Members,I purchased a 2BHK in Building 7/ 9th floor and was promised by Runwal for an Aug. 2011 possession, which clearly can be seen still undergoing construction.I recently got a letter from Runwal that building #7 work is delayed due to some uncontrollable factors and will take another 3-4 months to complete.I need to know, Is there any group formed yet, to post an compensation ?Can anyone advise me pls what to do, I atleast should get an reimbursement of my rent which am paying-off ? Thanks Aditya

Now there is another issue coming up in this so called cosmo society. Few muslims have started slaughtering goats on Bakri Eid. That too in the building premises itself. Think again before buying a flat there.

i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession.

:( I bought a flat in Building no 13 , possession was supposed to be given by 31st Mar 2012. We are still waiting...I am living in the same society on rent. I am in loss wrt to Rent I am paying every month due to non-possession...and the interest every month which I am paying to Bank.:( I bought a flat in Building no 13 , possession was supposed to be given by 31st Mar 2012.
