Inordinate delay in giving final possession of flat purchased on LOAN from LIC HF Ltd
Q: This is to mention that I have purchased a flat # 2602 in Shivkala Charms but neither final possession ( which was promised in Oct 2009) is given nor it is compensated in anyways. Request to builder to given final possession immediately without any further delay.
