Can anyone give me some input on any legal issue of Ajmera Infinity, Bangalore.
Q: We had almost finalized an apartment in the project but both SBI & LIC are reluctant giving loan for this project siting issues from the builder. Whereas the Builder says it has all the certificates as well as occupancy certificate from BDA. Can any one tell me if they have faced such a problem? Any one who has bought an apartment in this project recently?

Latest Answer: If SBI is not providing loan, better stay away from it. I am saying this from my experience

How is HM World City as a project?
Q: I am planning to buy a 3 BHK apartment around 1900 sq ft ... can any one tell me what is the current state of the project? IS the builder giving all the things as they have promised?

Latest Answer: I had a long discussion with sales, and residents to make an assessment before purchase. Building does not have OC/Khata . Builder has given a swimming pool, which is under violation, STP under BBMP notice as it encroached Rajakaluve, Basement which violate Pollution control board. Builder seem to set every item in Apartment as temporary. Eg: recently opened a 10*10 play room which has to serve 1000 residents! There is no end to list of violations. Sales team talk about facility for which they cannot give written documents, Basement where there is a car parking is in bad shape Visit & decide
