Project delay
Q: I would like to invite the orchid suburbia buyers in this forum for discussion on project status. I have seen very little progress in last 6 months with builder commiting Sept 2011 as completion date. This does not sounds like feasible with the speed at which the work has been going on. I would really appreaciate your comments on this and your experience on this project.

I guess, the project will be delayed for minimum of 6 months in totality, where as D & E wing seems to be completed with delay of 3-4 months. Other wings they still did not received CC clearance above 10th Floor. Till that time they will work on D & E wings. yes it is approved by hdfc bank as I got approval and disbursement for the same during 2012. but for new DBProject they have cancelled the approved projects. This one is approved coz of J.P. VAT tussle between builders, flat owners continues.
Q: VAT tussle between builders, flat owners continues. Did anyone sent query to DBRealty for VAT collected @5%, and as per government announcement it is between 1.5 to 3.5% maximum.

Then to take care of such issue there is consumer court and we all can register complain against the developer, and believe me it effective. or complain against developer in some of the property show like CNBC/NDTV etc. and the issue will be posted all over. Those who are in Mumbai can take care of such issue very effectively. please do reply back with suggestions and some one should take a lead and advise upon all of us together can make difference. if we keep quite they will take advantage of it. 966533624312.
