Hi Gurmeet.We have recently bought a 3Bhk flat-1690 sq.ft from Purva.Now we want to dispose it off.The rate as per sq.ft offered by Purva is Rs.3553 but we would offer it for Rs.3453.If u are intrested please contact us.
