Deviation from the original layout of the Society
Q: I booked a flat in Sushma Urban Views in A tower. Yesterday, I noticed that in front of the tower a 2 storey shopping complex are buing constructed. The construction in question was not shown in the orginal plan.This is unethical and unfair on the part of 'Sushma Urban Views'.

Hi, I believe this was told before as well that that area is commercial & shops will be constructed there. I was told that the office/sample flat place is commercial & builder can create shops there anytime.
