Sachin, I returned from ETA now. In fact I even visited this flat. My cousin lives in same building and she is aware of the flat but does not owner details. When I asked FMS to give me the details of the owner they didnt give me, even I requested them to put me across the owner, they didnt do that. Per FMS, the rent quoted by the owner is way higher than 17K and that is very suprising. I hope the owner sees this message and contacts me :) Let us hope for the best.
