Hello Kuldeep, You are in a huge profit now because the current price of Sushma Elite Cross is between Rs. 3300-3700/sq-ft and the current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3100-3250/sq-ft. If you can wait for another 4-5 months , price will reach around Rs3800/sq. ft so another hike of around 15 lakhs
