Latest Answer: Don't go for this society, If you are looking for rental flats in this society then please note this society charges 9000 Rs each year to tenants. 6000 for club house (whether you use it or not),2000 for service charge & 1000 Rs brokerage. On each renewal you need to pay these charges to society. If you don't pay then they won't give you NOC while leaving the society. No society has such tenant policies, only this society has because society condition is very bad and they need fund for repair so they pass this amendment in society AGM. Construction quality is very bad. Tiles get broken often, Bathroom fittings aren't proper, have leakages, seelan on outer walls!! . gym is very small and most of the equipment are non functional.
