Dear All,
I am planning to buy villa at Empyrean. Considering the price and the quality i found its worth but my worries are the connectivity to parts of city such as whitefield is 20 kms and outer ring road is 30 kms. Some of the people are advising me not to invest as there are least chance to development in next 6-8 years. Please give your valueable feedback
The usp of the project is its price. A villa at the cost of an apartment almost. I personally believe that in the next 3-4 yrs bangalore will have great connectivity.
