Who is irresponsible?
Q: Today I was shocked to see rude reply from Shahshank when I queried about a water pipe valve that was waiting to be repaired for over a year. When questioned, he says who I am to question him. On further probing he says he is doing social service. Yes many of us dud this and suggested one manager to maintain it. But for some strange reason they don't find anybody to hire. So, we are all at their mercy or charity work to get our association or our building maintenance. If late, your fine will strictly be collected. But seervice wise, who are we to question them? It's hightime the maintenance is overhauled.
