Latest Answer: in classic villa on major crack occurred in classic villa no 13 , there is mistakes in internal pipe fitting , waterproofing , tiles quality i suggest u don't waste ur money . goyal & singhal both are new in this business they don't have idea about colony , residential features . if u are come for visiting dream city directly meet to any residents people give original knowledge .

Q: according to Goyal & Singhal Infra & Real City Pvt. Ltd. they committed Dream City is not just another township, It's a well planned dream home having every comforting amenity which one thinks of. It has fulfilled all its promises in first and second phase. but i inform you to all this is not a real picture they have changed plan & not provide any space for walking , there is less space for garden , not provide underground electricity fitting , bad quality of construction ,cheating customer , i have discussed people who getted Pujetion of flats in dream city they feel cheated through builder .
