Q: Shivkala/2053 To , M/s Shivkala Charms C/o Advantage Engineers & Developers Pvt Ltd. D-162, Sector -10, Noida. Attention: Mr. Mahim Mittal and Mr. Asit Mittal Sub: Request for preparing transfer papers of my flat booked in your project at Greater Noida, at Sector -Pie, Plot no 7, Block no 2, Flat no 2021. Dear Sir, This refers to our constant reminders and follows up about the completion of the project and handing over the flat to me with your office and site regularly for last more than a year. Kindly arrange to prepare transfer papers for the subject flat of mine to be transferred to one of my close group members, at an early date. The transfer of the flat is requested in lieu of financial hardship being faced by me, due to the unexplained delay in completion of the project. Looking forward for an early action. Regards, Pawan
