Latest Answer: Check the Structural Stability and the After Delivery Support from Builder in Projects like Akshaya Belvedere at Urappakkam. Builde who claims "UnCompromise" has compromised too much that People had to suffer so much during the Floods recently when sorrounding area and nearby apartments were not affected. Such a bad design .
