Q: Which locality in Bangalore is best to reside and invest in?
My replies to this discussion
Whitefield, Outer Ring Road & Sarjapur are a great place to invest... Number of factors in favour include good social infrastructure (hospitals, great schools, large malls, supermarkets.. everything you need is within reach). The IT belt of Marthahalli-Sarjapur is providing the impetus for further growth in these areas. If you have a longer horizon (say 10 years), then North Bangalore is a good option. Current issue in the North being water availability.Whitefield, Outer Ring Road & Sarjapur are a great place to invest... Dear Ms. Garg, prices vary depending on the builder brand, facilities provided & age of the structure. For e.g. a 3bhk in Purva Riviera will cost 80 lakhs (approx.) for 1583 sft, and 88 lakhs in Purva Fountainsquare. Whereas a lesser known brand will cost you 50 to 60 lakhs. Amenities in terms of size & quality will vary. The primary question would be - what is your budget.Dear Ms. Garg, prices vary depending on the builder brand, facilities provided & age of the structure. Ms. Bidri, might we suggest the use of Vitrified flooring for your house? Simple to put in, easy to maintain & available in a fabulous range. In fact, you will be forgiven for thinking some of the tiles are marble. Prices vary depending from brand to brand.. starting from Rs. 40/- per sft to Rs. 150/- We suggest RAK tiles & you should be able to get a good deal in the price range of Rs. 70-80/- per sft. Please remember all good retailers offer a 20% discount on MRP.Ms. Bidri, might we suggest the use of Vitrified flooring for your house?
