Hello Mritunajai..How is this area Danapur-Khagaul Road ..?? I think if you are looking a flat at this road then you must have knowledge about the area.
Area wise you can be sure of Danapur - khagaul, whatever defence base is there in patna is at Danapur only and it has almost a ll the basic amentities nearby, but the questions remains the same, is the builder price justifued??

@ Mritunjai.. as far as i know .. there is only one project at Danapur-Khagaul Road and it is Neshs Tiruvantpuram City. It is situated near D.A.V School. It offers 2 and3 bhk apartments of size ranging between 993 to 1440 sq ft. And i heard that it is affordable too.
what's the exact figure, which is affordable?

Hello Mr. pandey..Neshs Tiruvantpuram Cit is an ongoing project. I feel it is a good project. And the builder of this project..Tirupati Homes Ltd, i heard they the most successive builders in Bihar. They have completed around 10 residential projects in Patna.
Yes but my question remains unanswered, what's the unit price at which the builder is selling this property?
