Very Good Investment
Q: This project has the real potential to grow. The current price of 8500 psf is very good and the location is extremely good. The propsed mono rail station will be 2 minutes away from this road at GMLR (Goregaon Mulund Link Road. The location is close to highway and the view is perfect. Very close to School and minimum fare from Both Goregaon and Malad Station and walkable distance from highway. The location is very safe despite being close to Muslim community as even they are very good and business oriented people. Government has huge plans to develope the area. Hence I have chosen to buy flat here.
