Hi,I am planning to buy flat in elite Promenade.Is it safe to buy in Phase B as it not comleted yet and builder is saying that it will be completed by dec 2010.Or I should look for Phase A Resell flat as all flats are sold off.Also I am not sure about the construction and other issues it may have.I am new to Bangalore and your help will be much apprecaited.
