Regarding Delay in Project
Q: Hi All, We have also bought a flat in Antriksh Project in Sec 77. Want to know what is the reason for delay in Antriksh Nature?Have Builder paid any penalty? What is the current rate in this project?

Latest Answer: no nothing of this sort has happened till now....trying to get together the owners of flats at antriksh nature... but have failed to do so till now....current rate is about 4700....hope the work speeds up and atleast we get to move in as we are just paying fr the delay....hope ppl cm fordward...

Q: Hi All, First of all congrats for being a such a great property in heart of Noida. I am planning to invest in a new project launched by Antriksh in Sec-77, i.e. Antriksh Forest. Just want to have your feedback on your experience with builder till now. I would like to know: 1)Are you people satisfy with the pace at which project is moving? 2)How much the builder has deviated in terms of Commitment Vs Final Offering 3)Quality of construction etc After taking all these things in to considerations..how would you rate the builder?

Latest Answer: Hi Deepak, I would not be able to comment on the quality or deviations yet since we have not got the possession. Since they are small builders, they do take requests for some specific changes to the apartment. I had requested them for couple of changes and they agreed to so. My complaint with thme is on the timelines. They committed Nov 10 as the delivery date but I do not see it getting completed before July next year. But I guess all builders are like that.
