Premier Exotica
Q: I have visited to day at Premier Exotica site office. The Rate quoted was 6851/ psf. in which agreement will be done for 5500/ psf. balance is black and is to be paid before agreement. Should i go for it?

Latest Answer: If you negotiate, hdil may agree for upto 6000 psf for agreement, however, the rest has to be paid in cash only. these are the payment terms and you probably don't have much choice. it's take it or leave it situation.
