Interested to buy a 3 BHK in Suncity
Q: Interested to buy a 3 BHK, 1400 - 1500 sq ft in Suncity higher floors Budget 6o lakhs. Immediate settlement. Higher Floor preferably Road facing direct owners

Latest Answer: Sun city apartments are about 8 years old. Also The on going rate is about Rs 4500 per sq ft for the new apartments in and around Belandur for the large sized gated community project, further 2 bhk apartments in sun city around 1200 sq ft is available less than Rs 50 Lakhs .Please Dont go by advertisements .you can also find 3 bhk ad for sale at 1 crore .These ads are fake and do not find any buyers Considering this i feel that Rs 4000 per sq foot for Sun City is reasonable.
