Latest Answer: Hi Shekhar, This layout is very strategically located. Just 10 mins from Electroni City and 1 minute from Bommsandar industrial area. Easy access to Benegathha also. This only layout which has houses and aprtments built in it. Lots of People already staying. I have plot but seeing activity in this layout last time I visited, I will hold on to my plot fro some more time. Good luck with your serach.
