Q: HI, I am looking to buy property in the next project from Sowparnika Builders called Sai Krishna . I am reaching out to you for feedback on your current property to get an idea of what to expect. Specifically .. 1. Build Quality and Finishing ? 2. DId the builder provide all that was promised ? 3. Was the project delivered on time ? 4. Were there any hidden costs or surprises ? Latest Answer: I too am looking to buy in Sai Krishna. Why dont you join that group? My site visit was satisfactory and am currently in the process of finalising the deal. Good Luck to you! The quality is god, rates are good, so far good enough IMO.
