Need feed back on Puravankara Venezia
Q: Are there wateror other problems in Purvankara Venezia? We are planning to pick up a flat there but considering the theme we are not sure how the canals can be maintained. Also since there is construction ongoing we are not sure if water problems and electricity problems are there as BDC has not provided metro water so that they do not misuse it for construction purposes. We were not getting details on how good or reliable Purvankara Venezia is. Not sure if there are water problems or other such issues with the project. Can someone who is already staying there/ bought property there give some advice. If anyone living at Purvankara Venezia can give me some feed back it would be great.

Latest Answer: the project - 3 bedroom is already nearing 1 Crore cost now including all charges..Apartments are not available now there as desired with a good view or higher floors...specially 3 bed.. not available perhaps resale 1.5 crores

Q: Hi, i plan to pick up a flat in the Grande wing of Casa Royale. Can some of you give me your experience with Lodha. I noticed they have some issues with payments and communications. Also saw issues with interest payments on pending payments. Do you suggest picking up a flat here? Does this builder deliver what he promises? A lot of hardearned money at stake so would appreciate a response. Thanks in advance

Latest Answer: Yes, all your queries are true in that case. I personally faced. I think kalpataru, raheja are really genuine and professional. Dont just go for the big talks and name of Lodha, the management and the marketing team are real thugs...unprofessional....chindi chor hain. Stay away.

Can some one who has already dealt with these folks let me know of their experience with the builder ? payment issues, response to issues etc?
