Hi Charanya, my friends and me are planning to visit the site.. this saturday evening...at aroung 5pm.
When i spoke to them over phone, they told that they got the BBMP approvals.
I am also planning to book a 3BHK but last week when I talked to them they have changed most of the floorplans and I am confused. They claim that it will not change further though

I went to Srinivasam yesterday. Karthik said that solar water connection is included. He was quoting 3725.
I asked about the condition of the road. He said it will be improved soon as the land owner is the local corporator's brother.
Does anyone know how close to the apartment is the Whitefield lake?
whitefield lake is next to the apartment but i guess you have to go through the road next to petrol bunk near SAP to get to other side of it. Brigade is also having a proposed apt complex on the other side of this lake -

I have booked B208. Collected legal doc yesterday. Yet to find a lawyer. Will do agreement after verifying only. I was told that about 14 apts are booked now but nobody has yet done agreement

I think Sumadhura Srinivasam claims that the carpet area is 73%. Did anyone use the dimensions given in the brochure for any apartment (including balcony) and see if you get 73% carpet area? I get only 70%. I am not sure if I am missing something or the plan in the brochure is different due to BBMP approval process. In my understanding, the duct area, wall thickness is not covered in the 73%. Please correct me if wrong.
yes. it should come to 73-74% when i computed. wall thickness is not included in carpet area.

ok. i also have booked B208. There is one small portion between the master bedroom and the rectangular measurement mentioned for the dining hall. I think that would come to another 5x10 sq feet which would then come to 73%. I didnt confirm this with builder but will do next time i meet him

the price quoted is on higher side as this project seems to be put under Premium category.
Interestingly they are not collecting depisit for cavery water connection. So water would be a problem
