Q: Be prepare for: 1) 16-24 months delay in hand over 2) No response for any complaints for your problems, once you enter for contract. 3)Sidharth Natura: Each & every owner & resident is suffering for some default. 4) Don't enter into contract without Penalty / compensation clause for any type of delay
