I have purchased a flat at Kristal Beryl which I am now trying to resell through Kristal Group. The flat is nearly completed, but has not yet been registered in my name. Kristal has said it will list the flat for resale. It has been several weeks now and I've not got a buyer yet. I am sending this to find out if I might be able to get some help from the Kristal Beryl owners community. I am an NRI currently based in the U.S. But I have a POA in Bangalore who will take care of the needful. Looking forward to any help you might be able to offer in terms of finding a buyer.

Have you gone ahead with the purchase? I have heard not so good stories about his earlier projects and them not being completed on time. In the present forum also there is a person who has not got his flat after booking in 2007. Has anyone signed a penalty clause agreement that we can force the builder to pay penalty for delay in delivery?
Did these delayed projects spanned across the recession if yes then delay is explainable and it was industry trend also?
