Buying a property in Gaurav Excellency, Mira road
Q: Does anyone know the registration status of building no-8 ( 6, 7,8,9 ..etc.) of Gaurav Excellency, Mira road?. I have booked a flat and made 20% initial payment plus floor wise plus stamp duty registration. But since 10 months, I am waiting for the registration, and they are saying some clearance document is not ready ( not cleared by the Mira road commissioner). When I booked, the bookings were dealt by Anmol marketting at the construction site office. But since , last few moths, Ravi Group is taking care of the bookings etc...and Anmol marketting is not connected with the bookings of Ravi Group. Please reply if somebody have any idea....

Latest Answer: Please do not buy flats in Gaurav Excellency Mira Road. You are going to get cheated. The builder himself sells the flat to more than one buyers and there are gangs of gundas who comes and tortures you. The area is very bad. Even the investors who have flats in their names sell it to more than one buyers. There are multiple registration for one single flat in most of the flats in Gaurav Excellency. There is no safety for women. Please do not enter into trap. The information posted is 100% true and is a victim of this trap
