Hi Adil, The price at janapriya Arcadia site is being quoted at Rs1895/sft. For defence personnel the price is Rs 1670/sft. you also can get it for Rs 1670/sft if you bargain well. For bargaining purpose, you need to contact Janapriya head office. The site office doesn't entertain any bargaining. They also have a special offer where you can also book a flat at Rs 1630/sft but you'll get the possession in 10-12 months. Check about this offer when you visit their site office.
