Hi, I am interested in buying 2.5 BHK are Mantri Premero. I have two queries:
1. How is the construction quality. Does anybody know how good are the Sunil Mantri's projects in Gurgaon/Mumbai
2. what is probable possession date. I went to the site yesterday and did not see lot of workers.

Hi Shruti, They are telling that the project will get completed by end of 2014. But you are telling that there is not work happening so is it possible to complete the work within the given time period.
I went there only once and did not see many labors. They told me that they will finish by March 2014. Did they tell you end of 2014? Do you own a apt there?
