Current rates in Boisar
Q: Anybody has idea what are the current rates per/sq. feet in Boisar for Shubhgriha project .

Shubh Griha is situated in the developing suburb of Boisar, which is an integrated township with all the basic amenities. In case of 1 BHK, net saleable area is 465 and carpet area given is 373. For 1 RK Large, net saleable area is 360 and carpet area is 280 and for 1 RK small, net area 283 and carpet area is 218. Rates can be consulted from the builders and as per my knowledge the units have been sold out for Boisar.
