How to get metro water for our new apartment in chennai
Q: Our apartment consists of 22 flats. 15 flats have been occupied and we are living from 2015. Due to some dispute the builder has not handed over the remaining 7flats . We have formed the association and maintenance is under taken by it. The builder has left the site . Now how to get metro water connection for the 15 flats by the association?
