I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi Viewers, please be careful when you get into these kind of builders. Even we overlooked & blocked an apartment in Rose project. I have escaped narrowly by giving a post dated cheque and cancelling it later. I didnot get the documents on time to verify nor they stick to their words. So could not take risk!!
