I too booked a 2.5 BHK Flat today at Bollenini Silas project. I think with the promised amenity and with the rates that they are offering is best in the area and definitely make sense now to invest here as they project seems to have made a decent progress. The A and B block is already plastered and the flooring has started in these 2 blocks.
