Q: Hi All, Firstly, its very encouraging to see positive feedback in this era of fraud and frustration. I am interested to buy a villa in their phase 2 project. Need some valuable inputs from the owners in terms of their experience till date. You feedback will help us decide.

Hello Friends, I live in US and planning to comeback to India for good in next 1 year and looking around good place to invest (which i feel Empyrean based on below reviews). Please suggest me how can we negotiate the discounts and also let me know if still anyone left to buy in phase2. I can arrange the contact# of my cousin who lives in Whitefield to deal all the transactions like coming together as group and initiate the deal. Please suggest me on all aspects on this project.
