Information required before buying a flat
Q: Hi,When we are buy buying flat, we have two things 1. Undivided Land of Share -sale agreement2. Construction agreement(also includes car parking, electric deposit, water deposit and club house deposit)Q1 vat is applicable on both items(1) + (2)? IS THIS TRUE? Q2 Service Tax(12.36%) on 33% of the construction cost or total cost (construction agreement + sale agreement)??? Q3 IS Service tax applicable on car parking, BESCOM, BWSSB and cavery deposit?
