Q: I had booked Flat number 802 in xavier'168 in urbtech. I had payed 10% of booking amount and with a month planned to cancel this booking due poor information provided by the Elevation Creation selling partner of Urbtech. I had booked the appartment on 7th Feb'2011 and sent mail for cancellation on 4th March'2011. I have not received any copy of document signed by urbtech or the document we have signed. Meanwhile E&C is saying i need to pay 15% as a cancellation charge while any such condition was not mentioned at the time of booking. I am an NRI and really feeling sad for myself to take this decision of booking flat with Urbtech and receiving so much mental harashment. Kindly contact me as i am seriously planning to lodge complaint with consumer court while my visit on June '2011.
